Our company employs more than 50% of people with disabilities. Thanks to the employment of people with disabilities we can provide you with a replacement. Spare services are provided in the field of cleaning services and security services.
In our sheltered workplaces we currently employ more than 170 disabled people (ie, over 125). These employees are fully involved in the company's structure. Our overall limit for 2020 exceeds

What does the law on substitute performance mean for a company?
Employers with more than 25 employees are obliged under Article 81 (1) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll. On Employment, as amended, to employ persons with disabilities in the amount of the mandatory share of these persons in the total number of employees of the employer. The mandatory share is 4% of the total number of employees.
In case of non-fulfillment, the employer is obliged to pay to the state budget for every person with disabilities he would employ, annually 2,5 times the average wage in the national economy for 1-3. quarter of the previous year.

The solution is to collect products from substitute providers
To avoid having to transfer funds to the state budget, you can use a collection of products and services from a substitute provider at a rate of seven times the average wage in the NH for 1-3. quarter of the previous year.
When the non-fulfillment of the compulsory participation in the employment of OZP is detected, the Labor Office can use the Customs Administration to enforce a monetary sanction of up to 1 mil. CZK!

Confirmation of substitute performance
From October 2017, the authorization to provide substitute performance on the list of verified suppliers can be found on the MoLSA portal. This company's data is continually updated on this portal.
As of February 2018, you can check your invoices from all suppliers in a substitution mode on the ENP MPSV portal.
In connection with the introduction of an electronic record of substitute performance, on January 1, 2018, the Employment Act was amended. it is no longer necessary to require affidavits from the individual suppliers of substitute fulfillment and no copies of the employer's agreements with the CP of the Czech Republic.
