Our company employs more than 50% of people with disabilities. Thanks to the employment of people with disabilities we can provide you with a replacement. Spare services are provided in the field of cleaning services and security services.

In our sheltered workplaces we currently employ more than 100 disabled people (ie, over 78). These employees are fully involved in the company's structure. Our overall limit for 2018 exceeds

What does the law on substitute performance mean for a company?

Employers with more than 25 employees are obliged under Article 81 (1) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll. On Employment, as amended, to employ persons with disabilities in the amount of the mandatory share of these persons in the total number of employees of the employer. The mandatory share is 4% of the total number of employees.

In case of non-fulfillment, the employer is obliged to pay to the state budget for every person with disabilities he would employ, annually 2,5 times the average wage in the national economy for 1-3. quarter of the previous year.

The solution is to collect products from substitute providers

To avoid having to transfer funds to the state budget, you can use a collection of products and services from a substitute provider at a rate of seven times the average wage in the NH for 1-3. quarter of the previous year.

When the non-fulfillment of the compulsory participation in the employment of OZP is detected, the Labor Office can use the Customs Administration to enforce a monetary sanction of up to 1 mil. CZK!

Calculation of the average annual recalculated number of employees

The average recalculated number of employees is the sum of the employed persons in the expected ratio and the expected employment time (you have to take half the total number of employees as 0.5 persons or half a year for 0.25 persons). It is necessary to take into account incapacity for work, holidays etc.

Mandatory share

It does min. 4% of employees with disabilities to the total recalculated number of employees.

Replacement 2017

The volume of abortive replacement for one recalculated UZP is set at seven times the average monthly wage in the national economy for 1 to 3. the quarter in the calendar year in which the obligation to employ the people with disabilities was established.

For year 2017: 7 x 28 761 Kč = 201 327 Kč / 1 person with disability

Odvod státu 2017

For one unemployed person, the state deduction is 2,5 times the average monthly wage in the national economy for 1 to 3 years. the quarter in the calendar year in which the obligation to employ the OZP was established.

For year 2017: 2,5 x 28 761 Kč = 71 902 Kč / 1 person with disability

Confirmation of substitute performance

From October 2017, the authorization to provide substitute performance on the list of verified suppliers can be found on the MoLSA portal. This company's data is continually updated on this portal.

As of February 2018, you can check your invoices from all suppliers in a substitution mode on the ENP MPSV portal.

In connection with the introduction of an electronic record of substitute performance, on January 1, 2018, the Employment Act was amended. it is no longer necessary to require affidavits from the individual suppliers of substitute fulfillment and no copies of the employer's agreements with the CP of the Czech Republic.
